Les pratiquants en Corée pétitionnent leur gouvernement pour qu’il refuse l'entrée dans le pays des 119 persécuteurs de Falun Gong en Chine

Le 5 août 2004, basé sur l'article 11 de la loi administrative d'immigration, deux pratiquants de Falun Gong en Corée ont pétitionné le département juridique que le gouvernement coréen refuse l'entrée des 119 individus responsables de la persécution de Falun Gong. Ces persécuteurs incluent Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan et leurs fonctionnaires des gouvernements central et local. Jiang et Luo ont été accusés du génocide le 26 décembre 2003 au bureau du procureur municipal de Séoul.

Selon l'article 11 de la loi administrative d'immigration, le chef du département juridique peut refuser l'entrée à ces persécuteurs, citant leurs crimes.

Les pratiquants de Falun Gong en Corée continueront à construire eur appel en vérifiant et en ajoutant plus de persécuteurs ainsi que les détails de leurs crimes et ils pourront soumettre une autre lettre d'appel. La liste des persécuteurs sera publiée en ligne, pour avertir tous les persécuteurs qu’ils devront payer pour les crimes commis contre Falun Gong.

Cette pétition a été écrite conformément à l'article 3, l'article 4, l'article 6 et l'article 7 de la loi d’appel Coréen.

La liste des noms des persécuteurs (en anglais):

1. Jiang Zemin: born in August 1926, chairman of Central Military Commission, former president of China and general secretary of the CPC Central Committee.

2. Luo Gan: born in July 1935, a member of the Politburo and State Council, and the secretary of the Political and Judiciary Committee.

3. Liu Jing: Deputy Minister for the Public Security Department and Chief of the "610 Office." Also the person in charge of the Office for the Prevention and Handling of Cults (OPHC) under the State Council.

4. Zhou Yongkang: born in December 1942, member of the Politburo, Secretary of Central Secretariat, member of State Council, and Minister for the Public Security Department.

5. Li Lanqing: born in March 1932, member of the Politburo and its Standing Committee, vice premier of the State Council, former head of Central "610 Office."

6. Wang Maolin: born in 1934, chief of Central "610 Office," deputy head of Leadership Group of Central Propoganda, Thought and Political Work.

7. Yuan Yin: deputy head of Central "610 Office," (2001-present) former deputy director of No. 4 Secretary Bureau, State Council Office (1997-1998), director of No. 3 Secretary Bureau of State Council Office (1999-2000).

8. Li Zunying: deputy secretary of Shijiazhuang City Committee, Hebei Province.

9. Kang Huihe: head of Anxin County's "610 Office" in Hebei Province.

10. Jia Xiaoguo: head of Boye County's "610 Office" in Hebei Province.

11. Li Lianping: deputy secretary of the Gaoyi County Party Committee and the head of Gaoyi County's "610 Office."

12. Cao Zhixia (female): head of Handan City's "610 Office" in Hebei Province.

13. Niu Yubao: chief and head secretary of Handan City's "610 Office" in Hebei Province.

14. Liu Wenming: head of Hanshan District's Police Department in Handan City, Hebei Province; the former head of the No. 2 Detention Center in Handan City.

15. Cui Shumin: deputy head of the No. 2 Detention Center in Handan City.

16. Li Guiju (female): police officer at the Zhuhe Road Police Precinct in Handan City, Hebei Province.

17. Lu Zhiqiang: head of Jingxing County's "610 Office" in Hebei Province.

18. Song Jianshun: deputy head of Luquan City's "610 Office" in Hebei Province.

19. Kang Peixue: former head of Luquan City's "610 Office" in Hebei Province; has been transferred to the Land Bureau.

20. Wang Long: head of Luquan City's Police Department in Hebei Province.

21. Li Hezhu: head of the Political and Security Division for the Luquan City Police Department in Hebei Province.

22. Xie Meili: deputy head of Luquan City's Detention Center in Hebei Province.

23. Du Bin: deputy head of Luquan City's Detention Center in Hebei Province.

24. Li Ruiying: guard at the Luquan City Detention Center, Hebei Province.

25. Zhang Weige: guard at the Luquan City Detention Center, Hebei Province.

26. Sun Jumin: head of Jin County's "610 Office" in Hebei Province.

27. Li Zhongwen: secretary for the Jin County Party Committee in Hebei Province.

28. Li Ming: head of Zhou City's "610 Office" in Hebei Province.

37. Yao Xiangbin: secretary for the Chicheng County Political and Judiciary Committee in Hebei Province.

38. Li Ping: Liyu Village in Dingxing County, Hebei Province, person in charge of brainwashing class; has been promoted to secretary for Tiangongsi Township.

39. Hao Guochi: secretary for the Dingxing County Political and Judiciary Committee in Hebei Province.

40. Song Fatang: born in December 1940, secretary for Heilongjiang Province, former governor of Heilongjiang Province.

41. Yang Guanghong: deputy secretary for the Heilongjiang Province's Party Committee and secretary of the Provincial Disciplinary Committee.

42. Wang Donghua: born in June 1950, deputy governor for Heilongjiang Province and member of the "Heilongjiang Province's Deal with the Falun Gong Issue" Leadership Group.

43. Tang Xianqiang: born in October 1947, head of Heilongjiang Province's Standing Committee, Secretary for the Heilongjiang Province Political and Judiciary Committee, and head of comprehensive Social Security Administration Committee from March 1998 to April 2002; currently deputy secretary for Jilin Province's Party Committee and head of the Organization Bureau from May 2002 to present.

44. Xu Youfang: born in December 1939, former secretary for the Heilongjiang Province Party Committee.

45. Wang Yongxiang: deputy head of the Daqing City Forced Labor Camp in Heilongjiang Province.

46. Wang Yingzhou: deputy head of Division One, Daqing City Forced Labor Camp in Heilongjiang Province.
